2017 - 2024 The Farley Building, the former 1912 James A. Farley Post Office, has undergone a complete transformation to become New York City's best-in-class creative office hub. This adaptive reuse of an iconic civic building designed by McKim, Mead and White, famed architects of original Penn Station, features 740,000 square feet of office space, 120,000 square feet of curated retail and new majestic train hall.

Amtrak Penn Station
11–19–23Amtrak and Vornado Realty Trust  marked the completed transformation of New York Penn Station’s busiest entrance at 7th Avenue and 32nd Street. The enlarged and fully rebuilt entrance expands its width by 50 percent at the nation’s busiest train station, provides natural light and air down into the concourse, and features a fully ADA-accessible and safer experience.

512 W 22nd Street Artworks
03–01–22512 West 22nd Street is located just west of 10th Avenue on the High Line at the Chelsea Thicket. Artist Lucia Koch stages various architectural interventions in order to disrupt viewers’ tendencies to focus on the content of a space over its architecture. To create this effect she enacts a range of manipulations, adding light filters and translucent materials, altering skylights and facades, and pasting images of three-dimensional spaces to walls.
